"Recently we fill a claim for an accident on my house, very hard to deal whit the adjuster, he don’t want to pay for the money they hold for the contractors, when is money you need to receive when the job is completed, on the contents they pay some amount like 50%, and when you replace the items they need to pay the other 50%, is the depreciation of the items, we replace everything and send him all the receipts and they don’t pay the depreciation money, we go to the agent office Bradford Hagler, let him know what’s going on whit the adjuster, he supposed to help whit this matter but never did, so why we buy an insurance policy whit an agent if he refuse to help, we have proof of all the receipts but nobody help us, very disappointed, very bad experience, probably is better to buy a policy online instead of this agent., don’t said that I’m not on you agency, when you know the policy is on my wife name and I pay for the policy, if someone give you a bad review you need to accept it, don’t expect only a good reviews.im posting this review bc my wife post 1 last week and someone on this agency deleted the review and block her too."

"It was such a pleasure dealing with Alicia @ the Bradford Hegler State Farm Insurance agency in Villa Rica, GA. The results of converting 100% of our policies (Auto, Boat, Home, Rental Property) resulted in a very nice savings and corrected quite a few coverage shortfalls that my previous insurance agent @ Allstate never picked up or offered to review/correct. I initiated a change in coverage on August 27th because of the normal annual or semi-annual increases I always receive from Allstate with no assistance from Allstate to help with. I felt very comfortable speaking/emailing with Alicia and decided very quickly to turn all policies over to State Farm. Mid way thru the process my work requirements were greatly increased, and I had to step away from the conversion process for a lengthy period. I never felt any pressure from Alicia or State Farm because of my unavailability. About every week or 10 days I would get a very nice text message or email from Alicia just checking in with me, letting me know they had not forgotten about me. I would reply - "not ready yet, still tied up at work" - and that would be it. I really appreciate the approach they use by not using pressure to 'close the deal', because that would never work with me. As of this morning, 10/23, I was able to close the deal with Alicia and State Farm on all of our policies and could not be happier, or more pleased with the entire conversion process. I would recommend to anyone to use Alicia @ the Bradford Hegler State Farm agency in Villa Rica. You will not regret it, and I am sure you will enjoy the service and insurance acumen you receive from them. Next on my agenda for today, call Allstate and cancel all of our policies effective today.
