"I had such an awesome experience with this particular Sate Farm store location all because of Ms. Kristi Ligon. She was so patient, persistent, and professional with my insurance process. Kristi answered all my questions and explained in detail anything that I didn't understand. Oh yeah did I mention persistent... She contacted me atleast once every month or so if not every month. She called me... She emailed me... She did everything besides show up at my home. Lol We were unable to make this deal happen sooner only because of my extremely busy work and family schedule.
